hand-soldered in our laboratories at our factory in Italy, and hi-quality 
Neutrik © 2 Pole Speakon connectors.
Our high-flexible custom speaker cable offers best performance also at 
high output levels thanks to its large conductors cross-section (2x2mm), 
made of the purest copper.





The MB58R series is a further example of how Markbass is always one step ahead in innovating using state-of-the-art 
technologies. Once again Marco De Virgiliis with his pioneering soul has managed to create this new series of 
products which, with the use of custom components born thanks to years of experience and research Markbass and the 
use of revolutionary materials with an eye to the future and the evironment, has really nailed the tone and power 
versus portability issue.
The MB58R 102 PURE features 4x10" Markbass Neodymium custom speakers and a new hi-fi tweeter very focused in high 
range with excellent transient attack; it weighs only 35.5 lbs / 16.1 kg, with 800 watts (RMS) of power handling!

Thunder-reds is a set made with three different types of synthetic elastomer. In the third and 
fourth strings, the density of the elastomeric material is also increased by adding micronized 
metal copper powder during the extrusion phase.
This technological solution allows for the same working tension to have smaller diameters, greater 
volume and sustain than any type of polyurethane and silicone rubber strings available on the market. 
The Thunder-reds ensure fast and stable intonation. Thanks to the metallic powder there is also a great 
slipperiness of the fingers on the strings.
